Hi, I'm Annie. I offer coaching and mentoring services for those who want to break free from the restrictions of their socially determined sexuality and gender and gain greater value from their internal sexuality and their sex lives.

Sex coaching can be considered as Life Coaching specialising in sex.
Sexuality Coaching
My speciality is an area of sex coaching that I call “sexuality coaching”. I use life coaching methods to empower a person to gain access to, understanding of and acceptance of their internal gender self identity and sexual mate gender choice. Often there is a discrepancy between the outward expression of a person’s sexuality as determined by the need to fit into a desirable place amongst valued people and the inward feelings and thoughts of an unexpressed sexuality that is believed to put that place at risk if expressed. These inward thoughts and feelings will often manifest as fantasies, but may also be expressed in secret, bringing about feelings of shame and guilt. The goal of this type of sexuality coaching is to gain greater understanding, acceptance and experience of ones internal sexuality while also increasing freedom from shame and guilt.
My Availability
I am available in person as well as by phone, instant messenger, email, and webcam. I am available evenings and daytimes, however, do need to work around family and study. If you are close enough (i.e. Inner North - North West Brisbane) I may be able to come to you.
Costs
My fee is AU$60 per hour or per session, whichever is longer, for live, real time sessions (e.g. in person, phone, webcam, or instant messenger). My fee for email coaching is AU$30 per hour with a less than 48 hour reply time. Email may represent the best value as you get the best help at the lowest cost and I get the flexibility of responding in my own time. Fees are subject to increases, however once you start using my services, your fee increases will be delayed a year.
First Session Free. In our first session I introduce you to what I do, we look at your sexuality related wants, and we discuss best possible ways of reaching your goals. After this session you should have greater insight into your sexuality, a clearer idea of how to reach your goals, increased chance of reaching your goals and a base for ongoing coaching if you choose to take it up. All this is free until further notice. However this only applies if the first session is face to face, where you come to me.

About You
A Secret Second Life: You may be living a life that is considered normal for a heterosexual of your sex, yet feel that it is not really you. This feeling may be strong enough that you are considering or are already risking your social position, work position, honesty or relationship to explore your inner sexuality. This may manifest in secret liaisons, crossdressing, guilt, shame, or obsession.
Relationship Issues: You may be in a relationship where your sexuality is not accepted by your partner and seek to find compromise or resolution to avoid breakup.
About to "Out" or "Transition": You may be considering "coming out" or embarking on a radical change in the outward expression of your sexuality and seek alternative information or other points of view to base your decision on or help you manage your transition.
Seeking Intimacy: You may want to increase the amount of intimate liasons you have with other people, or you may be seeking a long term relationship and want to plan the best ways of increasing your chances.
About Me
I am 47 years old, New Zealand European, transgender and pansexual.
I have a minor background from 10+ years ago in suicide counselling, hypnotherapy, and personal development. I have recently studied psychology, where I have attained a BA degree and a Graduate Diploma in Science. My focus while studying was human sexuality, evolutionary psychology of mate selection, psychology of religion and superstition, and cultural evolution.
Although I have a good experiential and academic background in human sexuality, I am not a registered sex therapist, so issues involving sexual dysfunction may need to be referred to appropriate clinicians. Although using Life Coaching methods, I am not a fully trained life coach, however, I do receive ongoing mentoring from a certified professional life coach.
I am involved in this line of work as I see human sexuality as an area where freedom is limited by laws and social norms. Consequently the expression or repression of sexuality can cause unnecessary pain, harm or embarrassment. I have found that although sexual matters are very important to many people and society, knowledge of human sexuality is poor or inaccurate. I would like to see greater sexual enlightenment in my time, so this is one way I can add to that possibility while helping others become sexually enlightened.
